This is a philanthropic opportunity for students to join/create a team to raise funds for the Ryan Lee Memorial Scholarship.

Volunteers can donate or join a team or both. Teams can play in either the competitive bracket or the recreational bracket. It is $25 per team and all proceeds go to the Ryan T. Lee Foundation.

In order to sign up:
1. Students, Faculty, Administrators and Staff can complete team registration form (Up to 4 team members).

2. Each member of the team must fill out the health history form and the participant waiver.

3. Bring the forms and the payment to David Sison in the WRAC on the 3rd Floor.

All forms can be obtained from David. Applications are due by April 12, 2016.
