LIU Promise is partnering with the Student Veterans Association to host a Letters to Veterans Campaign.  Come down to the Cyber Cafe Thursday, March 5th from 10am-2pm to show support for our veterans and write a letter to thank them for their service!   Promise is also looking for two volunteers to help run the event.  This includes helping set up the writing station and helping break down the event.   All Volunteer’s who serve an hour and help facilitate/run the event will receive a free T-shirt.   Each Volunteer shift is 30 minutes long.
